Admission Procedure

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION

Early Childhood Program

    • JUNIOR LEARNER – must be at least 3 to 3.5 years old by August of the school year applied
    • SENIOR LEARNER – must be at least 4 to 4.5 years old by August of the school year applied

Grade School

    • KINDERGARTEN – must be at least 5 to 5.5 years old by August of the school year applied
    • GRADE 1 – must be at least 6 years old by August of the school year applied

Junior High School

    • Grade 7 – must be a candidate for graduation in the school year 2023 – 2024.
    • Grade 8 – 10 – must have completed the grade level of the previous year.

Senior High School

Grade 11– 12 – must have completed the grade level of the previous year.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

(a) Personal Data Sheet (Form is issued by CSPS)

(b) Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate (clear photocopy and present original copy for verification)

(c) Baptismal Certificate (clear photocopy and present original copy for verification)

(d) Report card with passing final grades in all subjects taken in the school year 2023 – 2024

(e) Certificate of Good Moral Character

(f) Letter of Recommendation from the Principal or Guidance Counselor of the current school (Form is issued by CSPS; Applicable to those with previous schooling)

(g) Health Form (Form is issued by CSPS)

(h) Three (3) recent ID Pictures (2 x 2)

(i) Others: For expatriates or pupils of any foreign citizenship, they need to submit a photocopy of their ACR or Study Permit.

 

PROCEDURE

All students applying for admission to CSPS must complete the application process in order to be considered for admission to the school.

Step 1 – Pay the Admission Fee of four hundred pesos (P400.00) in the Cashier’s Office. Upon payment, the documents will be given out by the office to you for completion.

Step 2 – Submit the accomplished documents in the Registrar’s Office. An Examination Permit will be given out. This permit indicates the date, time and room assignment of the entrance test. (Note: Only complete documents will be processed.)

Step 3 – On the scheduled test date, present the Examination Permit at the room indicated in the permit.

Step 4 – An interview with the applicant and a parent interview will follow right after the test. This is a requirement before the final decision on Admissions is rendered.

Step 5 – The result or letter of acceptance will be available in the Registrar’s Office one week after the test.

All students applying for admission to CSPS must complete the application process in order to be considered for admission to the school.

 

SLOT RESERVATION

After receiving your acceptance notification, we highly recommend securing your child’s slot by submitting the seven thousand pesos (P7,000.00) Slot Reservation Deposit within five working days. This deposit will be applied towards your child’s tuition for the upcoming school year. Failure to reserve promptly may result in losing your slot to waitlisted applicants. Additionally, failure to enroll by the specified date could also result in forfeiting your slot to waitlisted applicants.

 

NOTE DURING TESTING DAYS:

  • It is the responsibility of the parents to see to it that the child is in school on time.
  • Latecomers and applicants who may not be feeling well, may request for a re-scheduled test through the Registrar’s Office. This should be done as soon as possible.
  • Present the Examination Permit on the scheduled testing day at the room indicated in the permit.
